That said, your experience truly matters to us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Let us know what didn’t feel right for you – and we’ll gladly offer a full refund.

All tea blends are carefully prepared, packaged with love, and shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post.

📦 Shipping within Switzerland & Europe
Shipping costs are included in the product price for orders within Switzerland and the EU. Parcels are sent via Swiss Post Economy (2–7 working days depending on the destination).

🌿 Local Pickup (Grüningen, Zürcher Oberland)
If you're nearby and would like to pick up your order in person, you're warmly welcome to do so! Just choose the local pickup option at checkout (or reach out directly), and we’ll arrange a time that suits you.

✈️ International Orders (Outside Europe)
I would love to share my teas with the world, but international shipping costs (especially to the US and Asia) are currently quite high compared to the value of a single tea package. If you're still interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I'm happy to explore options with you personally.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. If there’s ever a delay (e.g. during holidays or while restocking), I’ll let you know.
