Let Enough Find You: Money, Worth, and What Animals Mirror

I read a sentence earlier this week that made me stop:
Let enough find you.
And it stayed with me — because how rarely do we actually let enough be enough.
Most of us learned to measure our lives against other people’s highlights.
To fix what was already working.
To keep refining ourselves as if contentment were something to outgrow rather than return to.
Somewhere along the way, “better” started to feel safer than “enough.”
Striving felt more respectable than resting.
But enough is not laziness.
Enough is orientation.
Enough is knowing when something is already working — and letting yourself feel it.
I noticed this in myself recently when I caught myself trying to “improve” something that was already good — not because it needed fixing, but because I felt uneasy simply letting it be good.
That’s when I realized how deeply trained we are to distrust enough.
And this question of “enough” shows up very clearly when it comes to money.
What Is “Enough,” Really?
What is enough for you?
Not what you should want.
Not what looks impressive from the outside.
Enough might mean safety.
Or space to breathe.
Or freedom to choose.
Or not waking up with your body already braced for the day.
We often think we need more before we can feel okay.
But in practice, money responds to the state we meet it from.
If I don’t feel enough, money becomes something I chase, fear, or cling to.
If I feel enough, money becomes something I can meet, receive, and work with.
Manifestation doesn’t start with numbers.
It starts with worth.
Not loud worth.
Not performative confidence.
But quiet, embodied worth — the kind your nervous system recognizes.
“I am allowed to be supported.”
“I don’t need to become more to receive.”
“I am worthy of what sustains my life.”
From that inner enough place, money can arrive — and stay — without constant tension.
What This Has to Do With Healing With Animals
You might ask: what does all of this have to do with healing with animals?
Everything.
Animals mirror our inner state — including our sense of enoughness.
They don’t respond primarily to our words or intentions.
They respond to our nervous system, our presence, our internal safety.
They need us to feel “enough” to feel safe with us.
And where we don’t feel that, they often show it to us.
When we are constantly trying to fix ourselves, improve ourselves, outrun our own worth — our animals often become restless, reactive, anxious, withdrawn, or overly responsible.
Not because they are broken.
But because they are responding to the field we create.
I want you to become the best human your animal could ever want.
That doesn’t start with perfection.
It starts with enoughness.
With being someone who can rest inside themselves.
Someone who doesn’t need to prove their worth every day.
Someone whose presence feels like a place you can land.
And yes — money plays a role in this too.
Because feeling supported means less stress, more presence.
And, let’s be honest, also more toys and better food.
Money, Worth, and the Body
Money is not abstract to the nervous system.
It lives in the body — in safety, capacity, and trust.
If your body feels braced around money, manifestation becomes effort.
If your body feels allowed around money, manifestation becomes cooperation.
That’s why working with money through the body matters.
Not by forcing positive thoughts.
Not by visualizing harder.
But by shifting the state you meet money from:
From pressure → to permission
From chasing → to meeting
From proving → to receiving
A Body-Based Practice for Money and Worth
As promised, I’ve created a new meditation that works exactly with this:
It’s a body-based practice to connect money with safety, worth, and receiving — not forcing outcomes, but shifting the state you meet money from.
This is for you if money tends to make your body feel tense, busy, or heavy —and you want to feel calmer, steadier, and more allowed around it.
The practice supports:
feeling worthy of support
softening pressure around money
learning to receive without guilt
meeting money from enoughness, not lack
It lives inside the Safe Space Circle, my audio library for grounding, healing, and nervous-system-safe inner work.
Let Enough Find You: Money, Worth, and What Animals Mirror
Whether you listen to the meditation or not, this is what I hope stays with you:
You don’t have to outgrow contentment.
You don’t have to earn your right to feel enough.
You don’t have to fix what is already working.
Sometimes the most powerful shift is simply this:
Let enough find you.
With warmth and possibility,
